BEAUTIFUL Sunrise

This morning I woke up to the most BEAUTIFUL sunrise. It was blue and orange when I first awoke. I got up around 6a.m and took some pictures. I had made some choc. chip muffins at home before we came and we ate those for breakfast and then we pack up and went and changed at the local Burger King and brushed our teeth! Th bathroom said: Have it our way...brush your teeth, change your clothes, wash your face. We thought that was funny. We found a parker and then went to walk the boardwalk to find the Neptune Festival. We were so excited, there were tents lining the boardwalk of little shops and food tents. Other events that went on throughout the day were...a surf competition (which some of the boys were so hot! and they surfed so that made them even hotter.), a volleyball tournament, mini local concerts playing throughout the day, and the most impressive part of the day were the sand castles that people in the major leagues, spent building for 3 days. They were so impressive. You will have to check out the pictures and see the details. They had such talent. Thank goodness for people with the talent to build sand castles. Where would we be without them?! After observing the castles we went and swam in the ocean. We got some nice sun and yes...of course I had to get my favorite soft serve ice cream! Guess what...they didn't have the cinnamon flavor so I had to sub it for chocolate. Not as good as a combo with peanut butter but it was still worth the $4 a cone!!!
