The Arrival

On the morning of August 15, 2007, I flew to the Nation's Capital, Washington DC. YIPPITY DOODAH!!! It was quite the scene when I was gathering my bags from the baggage claim. I had a carry-on, my purse, and not 1...not 2...but 3 suitcases that weighed 50 lbs. each. I'm sure I looked like a goof ball. I struggled to get to the Super Shuttle, but I made it and then he took me to the Consulate Apartments.
Confession: I felt so horrible, I had the cash in my hand to tip the nice driver and I totally spaced handing it to him. So I didn't tip him! Opps....
