Our first weekend here, my girlfriends and I rented a car to drive to Ocean City, Maryland which is about 3 hours from DC. We took the metro to the Reagan Airport to pick up our car at the Avis Car Rental. We all were running on like no sleep, so we all stayed awake to keep the driver awake. We got to the beach about 11 a.m. I seriously have a soft place in my heart for the beach. It was kind of a po-dunk town but it had a boardwalk, carnival, funnel cakes, the works... We rode the waves, layed out, and walked the boardwalk for some yummy ice cream. This day I spent a whopping $5 on ice cream. I was so bummed as I was paying for it. But it was worth every bit of it...only because it was peanut butter icecream! The best ice cream ever invented! And bytheway, the beach weather was perf!! It was in the 90's with a little breeze and the water temp was to die for!
HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY: Nichole and I spotted a 90210 lifeguard look-a-like! He was so hot!!! Every once in a while he would run by us, and he looked so fine! Nichole and I were going to fake drowning so that he could rescue us but then we thought he might not be cool with that. So as we were going to get ice cream, I spotted this dreamy lifeguard again. And I said "Who dares me to go talk to him?". Everyone was like, DO IT DO IT. Erin said, I double-dog dare you. Of course I had to, I couldnt let my friends down. (Sidenote: Even if they said no dont do it I was going to do it anyways) So I went and talked to him. I could hardly get my words out when I was talking to him. He had a sexy accent and nice bod. We chatted like old time friends and then I had to go (because my friends were dying that I acutally went up to him) so I told him to have a good day, gave him a little wink, and then ran off.
