The Consulate Apartments

My goodness you know when you have expectations and you get there and it is completely different than you imagine...and its the worst when it is worse than you imagined. Let me just say that the pictures on the internet looked modern and up to date. Well, come to find out my roommates and I got the good 'ol apartment that boys had previously resided in. Which equals dirty! (No offense boys). Now when I say dirty, I mean dirty laundry left in the rooms....shoe marks on the ceiling and wall...my roommates and I had to fix the tv (it wasnt even hooked up)...and you can't forget the alcohol in the fridge. They were the summer interns that threw huge parties. But two advantages are that we have a nice balcony and big bedrooms. Can't complain! I share a room with Erin and Emily. We have a walk-in closet and bathroom connected. I love our room! My other two roommates share a room, Nichole and Rebecca. And they share a bathroom. We are trying to make the best of it.....GO TEAM!
