KINGS DOMINION

The Cheesecake Factory @ Friendship Heights

Gotta love the delicious pumpernickle bread @ Cheesecake. We gobbled it right up!

We could hardly wait to eat

...FRIDAY...
Erin and I spent another weekend together. We started it off by going up to the Friendship Heights Metro and went to The Cheesecake Factory. It was delicious. We looked pretty funny, we walk in this nice resturant and had huge backpacks on...just imagine. Wait don't, you'll feel bad! We shared a salad and then bought a deluctable piece of Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. We were such good friends..got it to go and shared it with friends (a.k.a Rob, Ace-of-base, and Samson). Erin and I took the Metro to Ace and Rob's house. Ace picked us up from the Metro and we grabbed some drinks on the way to their house. When we got to their house (and by the way, their house is AWESOME!! We are hoping to throw our Halloween Party there) we went out on the roof because Rob planned a little rendezvous. Rob's friend Samson also joined us. We had kava...it was quite an interesting drink. Tastes just like dirt and your mouth tingles after drinking it. We chatted on the roof top for a couple hours and then it got chilly so Erin and I had to go inside. That sums up the night!

ROADTRIP...on our way to Kings Dominion

Entrance to Kings Dominion!

Waiting to go on the 1st ride of the day. Whoa....Rand shut that mouth...your Bubbilicious is going to fall out!

Erin & I were obviously more impressed with the ride than the girl sitting behind us

...SATURDAY...
We didn't go to bed until late and woke up at 8 a.m and had Cherrios and Corn Pops for breakfast. We were so grateful to Ace so that we didn't have to buy breakfast. What a sweetheart. We left for Paramount's Kings Dominion Amusement Park. We arrived @ the awesomely sweet looking park around 12. We rode rides from the rocking boat..to..the Volcano..to..the Italian Job crash run..to..Anaconda..to..Flight of Fear..to..the Yell(foreward--Erin nicknamed this one Love-Hate, with a little bit more hate than LOVE, unfortunately)..to the so amazingly fast rollercoaster you think that you are going to die laughing..to..the free-fall..to..the Grizzley. We were at the park for 9 hours and then spent 2 more hours roadtripping it to Virginia Beach to go camp for the night. THANK GOODNESS..we found a SEV and I got a hot chocolate, I was freezing! I am so grateful my two young friends are up for adventure like and are up for whatever. Moral to the story: the camping lots were all full so we found a parking spot on 52nd and Ocean Front.

Love-Hate Ride made Erin and I laugh our heads off

I was holding on for dear life

Ace & I...we are saying our last goodbyes! where's Erin?

Hypersonic Ride...incredible. Its gets going at speeds up to 60-80 mph. Fastest ride I have ever been on
